Greater Sudbury Police Service announces openings for the position of:
Auxiliary Police Constable
This position is a volunteer position within the Greater Sudbury Police Organization. Auxiliary officers are used for participating in community events and parades. Auxiliary officers are provided training and issued a uniform. 
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a secondary school diploma, and meet other minimum requirements. In addition, proof of a valid First Aid and C.P.R certificate is required at the time of intake.
Testing will include:
- General aptitude test battery
- Physical fitness
- Interview
- Medical examination
- Psychological assessment

Vision/hearing tests
Successful candidates must be of good moral character with no criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted.
