The Communication Centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and comprises civilian and police personnel. The Communications personnel are responsible for all 911 phone lines and police complaint lines, and is the main reporting
line of the City of Greater Sudbury Fire Services. All police and fire calls are dispatched from this location.
Further comments, inquiries, or concerns can be made to the attention of the Communication Centre Officer in Charge.
