VOLUNTEER TODAY! YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As a volunteer at the 2011 Special Olympics Ontario Provincial Floor Hockey Championships, you will help foster an environment in which athletes can give their best performances.

We need your help in a variety of ways. Welcoming and registering athletes, assisting with the smooth operation of venues, providing transportation, security and technical support, are just a few of the available opportunities. Please complete the Specials Events Volunteer Application and the Consent to Disclosure of Personal Information on the next page, and verify it with the Central Records, Greater Sudbury Police Service, 190 Brady St, Sudbury Ontario.

How to Apply:

Applicants must complete the application form and a record check.
Record checks for this event are free of charge.
