32 year old Man Arrested and Charged in Relation to Robbery on Falconbridge Road

In addition to the First Degree Murder charge stemming from the Homicide Investigation, 32 year old Kyle Smith has since been charged with Robbery with a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose in relation to the Robbery that occurred at a convenience store on Falconbridge Road yesterday evening.

He attended Bail Court today, September 10, 2021 to answer to the charges and has since been remanded into custody.

Publication bans have been issued in relation to both the Homicide and the Robbery; therefore we cannot provide any further information in relation to either matter.
