BEAR Unit arrests individual involved in home invasion and seized illicit drugs and cash

On June 30, 2026, detectives from the Break, Enter and Robbery (BEAR) Unit located and arrested an individual believed to be involved in a home invasion on St. Charles Street that occurred on June 18, 2026, where a 37-year-old, man sustained minor injuries.

As a result of the investigation, detectives charged 26-year-old, Logan-Lee Wyszynski-Brahan from North York with Break and Enter and Assault.

Upon searching the individual incident to arrest, detectives located and seized 43.4 grams of cocaine, 7.6 grams of fentanyl and $2,036.35 in cash. 

Logan-Lee Wyszynski-Brahan was additionally charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking x2 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

Logan-Lee Wyszynski-Brahan attended Weekend and Statutory Holiday (WASH) court on July 1, 2026, to answer to the charges.
