Non-emergency line 705-675-9171 unavailable for one hour starting at 7:30 p.m. on October 1

As part of our ongoing preparation for the Next Generation 9-1-1 (NextGen911) operating system, we will be upgrading our main non-emergency phone line (705-675-9171) on October 1, 2025, starting at 7:30 p.m. This upgrade is expected to take approximately one hour and will not affect 9-1-1.

During the upgrade, our non-emergency phone line (705-675-9171) will be temporarily unavailable until approximately 8:30 p.m. If there is an emergency, please call 9-1-1.

Once the upgrade is complete, the non-emergency line will resume normal function.

Please note: Our online reporting system will remain fully operational throughout the upgrade. We encourage community members to use this platform for non-urgent matters during the temporary phone line outage.
