Child Pornography Investigation Spanning 13 Months Results in Four Individuals Arrested and Charged
Over the past 13 months, the Greater Sudbury Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit has completed an extensive child pornography investigation resulting in four individuals being charged with multiple child pornography offences.
As a result of the investigation, a fourth and final individual involved in this matter, 36-year old Raymond Stargratt, was arrested and charged with the following offences:
- Access Child Pornography x 3
- Possess Child Pornography x 4
He appeared in Bail Court.

Information provided was that the symbol/letter “z” had been spray painted on multiple signs at the church.
