    **Further investigation on scene has determined that the child was not actually on the school bus but he was walking along the side of the road when he was struck and the driver of the school bus was a witness who stopped at the accident scene**The Greater Sudbury Police Service is currently on scene at a collision wherein an 11 year old child exited a school bus and was struck by a vehicle.   The exact extent of  injuries are not known at this time.

  • Reminder: 11th Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Toll Booth

     

    It's That Time Again!

     

    The Greater Sudbury Police Service is holding its 11th Annual Law Enforcement Torch Run Toll. 

     

    To date, the Toll Booth has raised in excess of $225,000 and we are aiming for another record year.

  • Robberies Solved for A&L Convenience Store and Robbery

    Update:

    This evening a 29 year old Sudbury man was arrested for both of these robberies. He was identified and located through investigation by the Break, Enter and Robbery (B.
