56 year old Teacher Arrested and Charged with Additional Sexual OffencesUPDATE
On August 25, 2022, through the ongoing investigation, Detectives from the Major Crime Section of our Criminal Investigation Division, arrested 56 year old Michael Zanier in relation to additional complaints of inappropriate behaviour and touching involving students under the age of 16. Due to the sensitive nature of the incident and in order to protect the Survivors’ identities, no further details will be provided.

The CSI is a measure of Police-reported crime that reflects the seriousness of offences by assigning a weighted value to crime types with a higher value being given to more serious crimes.
