53-year-old arrested and charged for Human Trafficking-related offences
In August 2023, the Greater Sudbury Police Service Integrated Crime Section began a Human Trafficking-related investigation after receiving a report from a survivor of multiple sexual assaults and incidents of forcible confinement. To protect the survivor’s identity, no further details will be provided.

Lions Eye in the Sky Recording Leads to Identification and Arrest of Two IndividualsUPDATE
The third suspect involved in this incident has been identified as 20-year old Brandon Leclair-Davey of Greater Sudbury and is believed to be actively evading Police. He has been charged with the following offences under the Criminal Code of Canada:
- Robbery with Violence
- Failure to Comply with Release Order
- Failure to Comply with Probation Order
Brandon Leclair-Davey (pictured) is described as approximately 5’6” tall, 120 lbs, with a thin build, brown hair and hazel eyes.
