Impaired Driver Arrested with Over $24,000 Worth of DrugsTwo Local Businesses Fail to Comply with Reopening Ontario Act
Today, in collaboration with City of Greater Sudbury By-law Services, Public Health Sudbury & Districts and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, GSPS Officers charged the Owner of one local business and issued a ticket to the Manager of a second business for Fail to Comply under Ontario Regulation 364/20 of the Reopening Ontario Act (A Flexible Response to COVID-19).
The Owner of a pub on Cedar Street was charged with Fail to Comply and was released on an Undertaking with a Court.
