On February 18, 2021 the Internet Child Exploitation (I.C.E.) and Computer Forensics Units assisted by member of our Emergency Response and Intelligence Units executed a Search Warrant at a residence in Greater   Sudbury.

As a result of the investigation, 27 year old, Kodie O’Malley was arrested and charged with the following offences:

  • Access Child Pornography x10
  • Possess Child Pornography x11
  • Distribute Child Pornography x4

He appeared in Bail Court on February 18, 2021 to answer to the charges.
