In addition to the First Degree Murder charge stemming from the Homicide Investigation, 32 year old Kyle Smith has since been charged with Robbery with a Weapon and Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose in relation to the Robbery that occurred at a convenience store on Falconbridge Road yesterday evening.

20 year old, Kirsi Fahey who was arrested and charged yesterday evening in relation to the Robbery has been additionally charged with Accessory After the Fact.

Both individuals attended Bail Court today, September 10, 2021 to answer to the charges. Both individuals have since been remanded into custody.

Publication bans have been issued in relation to both the Homicide and the Robbery; therefore we cannot provide any further information in relation to either matter.
