As a result of the investigation into the conduct of the 56 year old Teacher from St. Charles College who has been charged with multiple sexual offences related to inappropriate behavior and touching of students under the age of 16, Detectives from the Major Crime Section of our Criminal Investigation Division have arrested and charged a former Administrator at the school. Due to the sensitive nature of the incident and in order to protect the Survivors’ identities, no further details will be provided.

The 40 year old man was arrested on August 25, 2022 and has been charged with Criminal Negligence and Failure to Provide Necessaries of Life as it is believed that students attempted to report incidents to Administration.

The man was released on an Undertaking with a First Appearance Court date of November 2, 2022 to answer to the charges. His name cannot be released as the information has not yet been sworn to through the Court process.
