Branden LalondeWe are requesting the public’s assistance to locate 37-year-old, Branden Lalonde (image attached) who is wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for the following charges under the Criminal Code of Canada and Highway Traffic Act (HTA);

  • Dangerous Operation
  • Flight from peace officer x2
  • Operation while prohibited x2
  • Fail to comply with undertaking x2
  • Driving while under suspension x2
  • Disobey stop sign – fail to stop x3
  • Red light – fail to stop

On January 15, 2026, officers initiated a traffic stop with emergency lights activated on a vehicle on Larch Street as there were concerns the driver was impaired. The driver of the vehicle did not stop for police and fled the scene in the vehicle, failing to stop at a stop sign and a red light. It is believed that Branden Lalonde was the driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident. Branden Lalonde is a prohibited and suspended driver and is bound by conditions of an undertaking not to drive a vehicle.

On January 21, 2026, officers initiated a traffic stop with emergency lights activated on a vehicle on Dennis Street in Capreol as it was believed that Branden Lalonde was operating the vehicle. The driver failed to stop for police and fled the scene in the vehicle, failing to stop for a stop sign.

As a result of the two incidents, officers applied for and have been granted an arrest warrant for 37-year-old, Branden Lalonde.
